1) Click on WDC forum!> Vouch request> Vouch request: Format and read this. Now create new topic in WDC forum!> Vouch request and wait for admins to read it.
2) Now if your vouch request is accepted (what is sure if you followed Vouch request: Format), you received Private Message of your voucher, in which you can see all information that you need, you are ready to play test game. You need 3 vouch points to get safelisted (2 points max per game). If you fail in 5 test games in a row, you will be time banned for 15 days.
